ANAMBRA ICONS TO BAG 2021 AFRICA AWARD OF EXCELLENCE:
A
pan-African organization fully represented by the four regions in
Africa in collaboration with the Southern Youth Peace Initiative has
chosen Anambra state to host the almighty Award event titled AFRICA
AWARD OF EXCELLENCE. This was supposedly scheduled to take place at
Cihcotel Clasique Hotel on the 26th of May 2021, but due to the
sustained insecuriity situation in the country, the event will no longer
be holding.
This year's award platform recognizes some of our
Outstanding Personalities who have demonstrated the highest standards
of ethical conduct, integrity, civic, and social responsibility. Many
individuals were nominated, and because of the high caliber of the
nominated individuals, the Selection Committee deliberated long hours
and gave careful consideration to all nominees, after which few
recipients stood out as leaders who exemplify ethical standards and
behaviors.
Anambrarians recieving this year's awards include;
Honourable Barr. Allen Onyema,
Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Ubah,
Honourable Emeka Azubogu,
Senator Uche Lilian Ekwunife, Hon. Nonso Smart,
Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu,
Chief Valentine Ozigbo and Chief Godwin Chukwueloka (Oga ndi Oga)...
Media
houses from all over Africa are hungry to cover this great honor that
will be given to these great men and woman of Anambra state.
According to the project Director, the award is going to create a platform for business to flourish in Africa and Nigeria thereby promoting peace among the different diversities in the continent.
