Not a bad consolation prize! Mario Balotelli drowns his World Cup sorrows by frolicking in the sea with his bikini-clad fiancée Fanny Neguesha.

They recently got engaged shortly before he kicked off his World Cup campaign with Italy. 

And while the football in Brazil ended prematurely for the 23-year-old star, his love for Fanny Neguesha certainly doesn’t look like going the same way as the couple were seen having fun in the sun on the beach in Miami. 

Fanny looked stunning in a teeny tiny two-piece bikini which didn’t leave much to the imagination.

He also opted for a pair of camouflage swimming shorts for the day as he showcased his toned torso.

Mario popped the question to Fanny in early June shortly before he lined up for Italy in their first game of the World Cup in Brazil against England. 

While that turned out to be a successful match for the star with him netting the winner in a 2-1 victory, that turned out to be the only goal of his World Cup campaign. 

He was later criticised for missing several good chances in a loss to Costa Rica and Italy crashed out of the tournament in the group stages.
