Ejiamatu Group of Companies (For Seamless Logistics Solutions) has again clinched another award as Nigeria’s Most Trusted Clearing and Forwarding Company of the year 2014 at the CAMA awards , for its outstanding works in the field of clearing and forwarding , Shipping,  Logistics, Supply Chain Management and all maritime and Other ancillary matters including Clearing And Forwarding Of New Cars, oil and gas, Freight Forwarding And Customs Clearing, Customs Clearing And Forwarding Agents.

 

The awards ceremony marked the fifth edition of CAMA Awards It recorded presence of distinguished business men and women as well as PR practitioners in a colorful fashion at the 10 Degrees Event Centre, Oregun in Lagos

 

This recognition came at the 5th Classic Africa Merit Award (CAMA) 2014 organized by the Classic International Magazine, one of Nigeria’s celebrity journals with diverse readership profile.

Speaking after receiving the award on behalf of the company I am grateful for the recognition by the management of Classic Magazine, adding that “the award is the sign that people are watching and we are ready to do more to meet with the needs of our clienteles.”

 

Some of the other awardees at CAMA 2014  included Ebele The Flutist, Angela Davies (National Telegraphs) Anna Oboho (Punch) JulianaJuliana Blaise Udunze, Adaeze Amos( National Mirror) Tigo in Children Drinks category; Major Hamza Al-mustapha, Life time Service Category;  Alhaja Titi Abubakar, Philanthropy and Service to Humanity; Foluke Daramola-Salako, Most outstanding Actress of the Year and OzzyBosco’s Mum, Chief Nonye Mojekwu as Best Artiste Manager of The Year.   CHIEF ALEXANDER CHUKWUDIMMA NWOKEABIA

 

Chief Alexander Chukwudimma Nwokeabia fondly called Ejiamatu by Allies is the MD/ CEO of Ejiamatu group of companies. He is an undisputable, unmatchable visionary leader that has created a niche for himself.

He was born in Ugwuoba(a community located in the old Anambra State) oji River local government area of Enugu State Nigeria in April 15, 1969. He was born into the family of His Royal Highness Igwe Nnaemeka Otiaba Chukwu Nwokeabia, Oranyelu 1,the then Igwe/ traditional ruler of Ugwuoba Kingdom. 

 

Chief Ejiamatu finished his first School leaving certificate, Secondary School and tertiary education all in Nigeria. He is a public administrator by education.

 

He started his working career as a computer and accessories merchant in Lagos. In the course of his business expansion, he opened another branch in Port Harcourt from where he excelled and later had interest in clearing and forwarding which he gave a quick shot and discovered he could do better.

 

He joined a clearing and forwarding outfit "Antipal Nig, Ltd." Port Harcourt in 1998 and because of his ingenuity and passion for what he believed he was made to manage the entire outfit. While he was with Antipal Ltd,  his computer business in port Harcourt didn't suffer a setback neither did Antipal Ltd, rather it was success all the way and that was what earned him the name "genius"

 

In 2001 after serving his former company meritoriously, he conceived an idea of establishing his own business outfit which has culminated into the now trending Ejiamatu group of companies. 

EGC started as a small idea but with a very big underlining plan. The company has to its credit alot of big time clients in the manufacturing, Oil and gas and other notable companies in Nigeria. And to satisfy the numerous teeming customers from America, the company now has another branch in " 9511 southwest freeway #C Houston TX 77074 USA"

 

Chief Ejiamatu belongs to so many bodies both in the maritime industry and others.  He has served in different capacities there as well. He is a philanthropist, helper to the helpless. Based on his numerous contributions to humanity, he has been conferred with many titles of which Chief " Akusinigwe 1" of Okpuno  Agude and Ejiamatu 1 of Ugwuoba are the most recent. He was also honoured by the Council of Igbo States in America ( CISA) in the last CISA worldwide cultural rendezvous held in Frontier Museum, Virginia Staunton,  USA in July 2014.

 

He is a God fearing man, married to Chief (Mrs) Tina Nwokeabia, (Ugo si mba 1 of Ugwuoba and they are blessed with Children.
