With just a month left to the second edition Abia gospel comedy crusade,a gospel comedy programme organized to take laughter into the church with choristers from different churches in the city of Umuahia and beyond,the last edition also featured comedians from Uyo,Lagos,Benin and other cities in Nigeria was the blast.
The show which had the partnership of nestle food and put together by Godpikin the family love FM pidgin English presenter has not started preparations yet!! When Lagos comedy news spoke with Godpikin, the radio presenter stated that the major reason why the publicity has not started has been due to lack of funds as Umuahia is not a business hub were business men would funded the event.
The family love FM presenter how ever stated that all hope is not lost as the event may still hold on a later date.. He further used this opportunity to solicits for sponsorship of the event that pulled over 1000 people to fill the Margaret auditorium venue of the last edition.
On his latest show on radio called Good morning Naija show on radio,the pidgin English presenter said the show was developed to lighten up the city of Umuahia and put the listeners in the right frame of mind as they get ready to go to work,it will also interest u to know that Godpikin presents more than 6 programs with his pet programme been the business showcase that showcases businesses every Thursday by 9am!this show is actually undergoing re-branding process as listeners will soon get the chance to listen to the recorded version online as soon as the programmes website is up and doing, business showcase website will soon start running.
On his forth coming birthday,Godpikin said last year he too time out to hang out with the Keke riders on his birthday which was put up by Genia guest house and the Guinness Nig. PLC, Lagos comedy news was reliably informed that the love FM pidgin presenter in top gear to celebrate this years birthday with the inmates at Afara prisons in Umuahia.
