awaits participants of UNLEASH Season IV
The
season IV of the much talked about grassroots talents exposition, ‘UNLEASH Your Talents’ is fast gaining
momentum as the project in recent weeks has recorded confirmation of supports
and identification by various establishments ranging from the SMEs to
Multinationals.
Top
on the list of brands that committed their support for this year edition is the
fast growing household electronics sales and distribution firm, Glorious Opportunity Ltd.
The
firm which added colour to Season III
edition of the talents hunt by giving out 42”
Plasma TV sets to each of the four winners is set to raise the bar this
year by doling out fantastic prizes not only to the winners but other
finalists. It is also on record that the firm’s sister-company, G & M Dry Cleaners gave out to the
winner of the modelling segment of UNLEASH
Season III, a year free laundry
services.
Also
topping the list of supporting brands is the leading name in communication
technology, SLOT Ltd. The giant communications
gadgets company is supporting the project by splashing on the four (4) winners
and sixteen (16) finalists of the exposition, exotic prizes ranging from Android phones to branded products like
Shirts, Umbrella etc.
In
the same vein, a leading name in the information technology knowledge
acquisition, Demal Associates has
promised winners an intensive training course in Information and Communication
Technology at no cost. The ICT training institute is set to offer training in
any field of the winners’ choice in the Computer
appreciation, Desktop Publishing
& Computer Graphics, Information
System Management & Data Processing, Computer Networking, E-Accounting,
Web Design and Systems Troubleshooting & Maintenance. These are certificate
programmes which the institute offers in partnership with LASPOTECH KONSULT.
Other
notable supports coming from other organizations includes 1 year free hair treatment services for all the four winners by BEFITTING LTD; 1 year free sewing services for Winner of the modelling segment and
free attire for all finalists of the
modelling segment by Owambe clothing.
In
addition to the numerous prizes that await the winners, the winner of modelling
segment is also to go through intensive training and exposure under the watch
of the leading Fashion and Modelling brand, LEGENDARY Gold. This would also go alongside some job engagements,
deals and juicy contracts. However, the finalists of modelling segment are
assured of not being left out of this opportunity as management of LEGENDARY Gold promises to put them
into consideration.
The
organizers in a statement released to Encomium
by its Team Leader Mr. Olubode Oserinde, stressed that much is still
expected to be rolled out in terms of prizes to be won as consultations is
still going on. A part of the statement reads, “for instance, we are still
having talks with our Lead sponsors, Airtel
Nigeria whose product Airtel Trybe
(specially designed for the youths) is coming on board to add value to the aims
of the project which is all about enriching the lives of our youths, on what
they are doing to encourage the talents unleashed”.
Other
organizations that are expected to come on board with various prizes includes 7Up Plc, Intercontinental Distillers, Noble
Carpets Ltd, Peripur, Dukadam Oil & Gas and the official
venue partners, Kingscourt Events Centre, Ikorodu.
The
project UNLEASH Your Talents which is a brainchild of Fanafillit Integrated Concepts is a
family-oriented grassroots youth re-orientation programme designed for the
discovery and promotion of budding talents in the entertainment sector.
The
Grand finale which is billed to hold in the month of August 2015 at the prestigious Kingscourt
Event Centre, Ikorodu would be a
showcase of 20 outstanding talents in Music, Dance, Comedy and Modelling, five
finalists for each category; and a winner would eventually emerge from each of
the categories.
Winners
automatically get signed under the management of Fanafillit Integrated Concepts for a year, for further projection
of their respective career.
The
UNLEASH project has so far produced
many great talents amongst whom is the popular Ebelebe crooner, Teetee.
