Let's hear the story behind Majek Fashek's death from Hajia Dangaji:
Hajia Dangaji is the PMAN president, the woman who picked Majek Fashek up when they brought him back to Nigeria and dumped him.
According to her, she was in her house at airforce base ikeja when some musicians (name withheld) brought Majek almost dead; immediately she went inside her room to bring her car key and cash those musicians ran away living Majek for her and she rushed Majek to the airforce base hospital where she was treated and restored.
Upon getting angry the doctor told me to thank God or Majek would have died in my house.
However, Majek starting polaberating round the street until this woman with a golden heart picked up Majek, took him to a rehab at airforce base hospital in ikeja for over a year and rented a duplex for Majek Fashek at Gowon estate Lagos.
Suddenly Uzoma Omenka and some musicians (name withheld) took him and ran away 2016 and since I have been looking for them bcos I know that Majek needs medical treatment. They refused to treat him and were using Majek to make money without caring for his health.
During the time of majek's rehab; I took him to Benin-city to reconcile with his family. We lodged in a hotel for 3 months in Benin-city searching for Majek Fashek family, eventually they reconciled especially with his wife and kids.
Moreover, Majek Fashek shouldn't have died if he was properly taken care of.
As a result, in this life all we need is people that really love us to be around us when we are down. He could've stayed longer with us bcos I remember calling Uzor to bring Majek back early 2019 and he refused and dumped him in New York... I really missed Majek Fashek. And may his soul rest in peace 💔 till we meet again.
Looking at Majek Fashek as an international reggae music, My advice to the upcoming artist is for them to be humble and loyal to their boss bcos it's not easy to pump money on them at the initial stage; I remember I spent over 50million Naira on Majek health, house, recording, media tour and promotions....but to God be all the glory 🙏.
Though Majek was really humble but nuisance people around him that stole him away and finished his life with drugs without feeding and medical treatment.
