BAFTA TV Awards 2014 - comedy winner:::

The results of the prestigious BAFTA TV Awards 2014 have been announced at a ceremony at London's Theatre Royal Drury Lane, and broadcast on BBC One.

Host Graham Norton lost out in the two categories he was nominated in, with prizes instead going to sports-based panel show A League Of Their Own and double-act Ant & Dec.

The final series of critically-acclaimed BBC Three sitcom Him & Her took the highly sought-after sitcom prize, beating Count Arthur Strong, The IT Crowd and Toast Of London.

However, The IT Crowd dominated in the acting categories with both Katherine Parkinson and Richard Ayoade recognised for their work on the show.
