 Ebuka Peters, widely known in Nigeria's entertainment industry as EP Of Lagos, is a talent manager and senior public relations specialist with over a decade of experience across movie, music, and event marketing, as well as corporate public relations. Based in Lagos, he has spent his career at the intersection of media strategy and talent representation, building a reputation as one of the industry's most connected and results-driven publicists.



Ebuka's career is distinguished by his ability to secure high-value media placements for the artists and brands he represents. At the peak of his campaigns, he pitched press releases to Nigeria's most prominent magazines, newspapers, and blogs, consistently securing over 50 media leads a month in top outlets. Among his career milestones, he holds the distinction of being the first publicist to place singer Seyi Shay on the front cover of ICE Magazine, a landmark moment that helped cement his standing as a publicist capable of delivering premium media exposure for his clients.


He began his professional journey in 2011 as a Senior PR Specialist at Cornell Media Consult in Lagos, where he developed and implemented public relations policies in collaboration with sales, celebrity endorsement, and customer service teams. In this role, he supervised an external communications team responsible for securing media leads across Nigerian and international outlets, and personally reviewed all outbound communications before release. His tenure there was marked by a 100% success rate in meeting the department's project milestones and goals.

From 2015, Ebuka moved into media agency consulting, working with Itel Mobile Nigeria to design and execute PR strategy around product launches and celebrity partnerships. There, he led a project team in building a social media relations strategy for a new lifestyle product line that grew the brand's Facebook fan base from 20,000 to 500,000 followers in just three months, while gaining an additional 300,000 Instagram followers in four months, a campaign that remains one of the standout examples of his ability to translate PR strategy into measurable digital growth.




Since 2019, Ebuka has served as Senior Marketing and Communications Specialist at Achievas Entertainment, one of Nigeria's leading event and entertainment companies. In this capacity, he has played a central role in securing brand sponsorships and managing the relationships between sponsors and talent for some of the country's most high-profile live events, including Cardi B Live in Nigeria (2019), Asake Live in Concert, Buju Live in Concert (2021), Kizz Daniel Live, 30BG Live (2019 and 2023), Pencil Unbroken Concert (2022), Beach Vibes with Big Wiz (2021), Kcee Thanksgiving Festival (2022), and OLIC (2017). His responsibilities have spanned press credential distribution, press box setup, live transcription of press conferences, and the production and organization of publicity events and media availabilities.



Beyond event and brand PR, Ebuka has direct experience in artist management, having managed talent including Alabai, Idahams of Grafton Records, and the UK/Nigerian hip-hop duo SamxCas. Across his engagements, he has overseen PR budgets ranging from ₦5 million to ₦30 million and has helped clients grow their annual sales by as much as 50%, a reflection of his ability to align public relations strategy with tangible business outcomes.


Ebuka holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Human Kinetics and Health Education from the University of Lagos, obtained in 2010. He has since furthered his professional expertise with a specialization in PR and Media Marketing through Harvard Business Review (HBR) Online Courses, completed in 2020 during the COVID-19 lockdown, and a certificate in Pursuit of Excellence in Leadership from the African Leadership Development Centre (ALDC) at Covenant University, awarded in April 2025.
