It is very obvious that in the present day of political era, you will rarely see a politician who can live by the word he said, but here is a man that I respect so much, I call him my role model, he was part of Babatunde Raji Fashola's success as per winning the heart of Ndigbo in Lagos. He is the Chairman of APC Ndigbo Lagos, the only Igbo Politician who have never changed his party right from the days of AC, He has represented the interest of "The Igbo Political Party and movement".

Nevertheless, Chief Chris Ekwuilo popularly known as Anya-Igbo which means (the eyes of the Igbo Heritage) in Igbo language.

In 2011, Chief Ekwuilo assured the Action Congress of Nigeria in Lagos that he'll buy the heart of the Igbos in Lagos to endorse Gov. Babatunde Fashola as the Governor of Lagos state; therefore, he demonstrated his political prowess and professionalism as a faithful servant of the Igbos in Lagos.

According to Anya-Igbo "I am a proud member of APC and I'll continue to make impact in the lives of the Igbos in Lagos"

To me Chief Chris Ekwuilo is a Politician of the year, a politician to emulate from, a politician that knows the heart of Ndi-Igbo, a man of his word and a non-chamelonistic behaviour.
